Basic figure skating dresses can easily be decorated for basic skills and ISI competitions.  The figure skating dresses should match or enhance the music the figure skater is using. It does not matter how much you spend on your figure skating dresses, only that the figure skating dresses are appropriate for the figure skating performance.
