know what they want. 5. We do not publish paper catalogs. Our inventory changes quickly and by the time one was published it would be obsolete. Our website is the only place to view our current merchandise. 6. Follow those guidelines and compare them to the measurement chart in the appropriate manufacturers section. We do not have any more detailed information than what is available on this website. 8. We speak only English and do not have any employees who speak other languages. 9. Yes, you can return or exchange it based on our return policy available by clicking on the "return and exchange policy" link to the left. 10. We no longer take phone orders. We require a written copy of our orders. If you do not wish to order online, you can fax you order us at 1-804-378-9427. Be sure to include all shipping and payment information and your EMAIL address. Incomplete fax orders will not be processed. 11. To check stock, click the "add to cart" link under the item you wish to order. If the size/style shows in the list, it is available. If the size/style does not show, it is not available. Do not attempt to order items that are not available. They will not be shipped and will not be put on backorder.12. All orders remain open for 60 days unless we hear from you via email or fax that you wish your order cancelled. If you are emailed about your order, it is important that you respond if you want it cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are sent to shipping. 13.Rhinestone and nailhead transfers are sold without warranty as to the fitness of
use on any garment. Buyer accepts all responsibility for damages from
