Here are the answers to the most common questions we receive:

You can now order without a credit card. You can place your order online, choose "mail check or Money Order" and mail payment to us. We must receive payment within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.

1. All prices are in US Dollars. We ship Internationally via US Mail. You must choose "OUTSIDE the US" as the shipping method or your order will not be processed. The website will calculate shipping. We are not responsible for any Import taxes that may be charged by your Country.

2. Inside the US, we ship exclusively by US Postal Service, Priority or Express Mail only. 

Priority Mail- 3-5 days shipping to most locations. 

Express mail- overnight to most locations (this is NOT a guaranteed overnight service). 

These services are not guaranteed, and actual delivery times may be 2-3 business days longer. Please plan ahead and order accordingly.
We DO NOT ship overnight guaranteed.

3. Consider us a "warehouse" store. If you are looking for the lowest prices on the widest variety of products, we are it. If you are looking for customer service and lengthy help and advice, we recommend you shop elsewhere. We have  low prices and high volume for customers who know what they want. 

4. Accordingly, we do not publish our phone number, you must email you questions and we will respond quickly. We have become overwhelmed with phone calls, and in order to keep our prices low, have decided to use only email for answering questions.

5. We do not publish paper catalogs. Our inventory changes quickly and by the time one was published it would be obsolete. Our website is the only place to view our current merchandise.

6. If you are getting a "license error" when you click the add to cart link, do the following:

1.click the add to cart link so you have the license error page on you screen.
2. look at the web address bar above the browser window, it should begin with the following: http://www.tidewaterice.com/cgi-bin..........
3. If the "www" is missing, just type it in the correct place so the line begins as above, hit enter and you will see the page. (we are working on this problem)

7. The "skating apparel" link to the left contains all the information about measuring. Follow those guidelines and compare them to the measurement chart in the appropriate manufacturers section. We do not have any more detailed information than what is available on this website.

8. We speak only English and do not have any employees who speak other languages.

9. Yes, you can return or exchange it based on our return policy available by clicking on the "return and exchange policy" link to the left.

10. We no longer take phone orders. We require a written copy of our orders. Currently, web or mail are the only order method we accept.

12. All orders remain open for 60 days unless we hear from you via email or fax that you wish your order cancelled. If you are emailed about your order, it is important that you respond if you want it cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are sent to shipping.

13.Rhinestone and nailhead transfers are sold without warranty as to the fitness of use on any garment. Buyer accepts all responsibility for damages from the application of any of our transfers. If you are unsure how to apply, there are many websites dedicated to this craft and you can find more detailed information than we can supply. Transfers are mfg. for 300 degree press or iron. Warm or cool peel.

14. Items sold as "all sales final" are all sales final, no returns, no exchanges for any reason. If you do not agree, do not buy them.
