Due to a large increase in returns/exchanges, we must implement this new policy or be forced to raise our prices.

Our new Return/Exchange Policy:
The following items are NOT returnable under any circumstances:(1) tights, (2) undergarments of any type, including bras, leotards and socks.(3) any item costing $10.00 or less such as guards, soakers, laces, etc.(4) closeout and sale items noted as "all sales final" and other items that may be quoted as special order (5) any item which has been altered or damaged in any way including odors (cigarette smoke, body odor, detergent, cleaning fluids, etc.) or is in any way not in "as new" condition. (6) Any item that has pieces missing (scrunchies, tags, instruction sheets, hardware, etc.) Items not meeting these standards will be returned at the customers expense. We, being responsible for selling only top quality merchandise, shall have the final determination if an item cannot be resold.

The following items may be returned or exchanged: (1)in stock skating dresses and apparel not otherwise marked. (2) skates, boots and blades not otherwise marked, (3) any other regular stock item not falling under the not returnable categories in paragraph 1.

Returns and exchanges MUST have a copy of the receipt in the box along with instructions as to the disposition of the item. If a return, it must be noted as such, if an exchange, the replacement item must be clearly noted including color and size needed. 

Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, exchanges will be charged a 
$ 5.00 handling fee to help defray our shipping costs.

All returns or exchanges must be received here no more than 21 days from the date you receive the order. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

We will  not be liable for lost or missing returns.  We recommend shipping via a traceable.

Refunds may take up to 60 days to be posted to your account.
